Terms of Service for Creators
Sponsorship Limitation: A creator is eligible for a maximum of four sponsorships per month.
Performance Metrics: If a video's views underperform by 50% or more of a creator's average views per video, they may face a decrease in the predetermined sponsorship fee. The revised pay will be based on the difference between the initially agreed sponsorship price and the video's performance over a three-week period.
Controversial Content: If a creator is involved in any situation that Sponsource considers controversial, their funds may be put on hold indefinitely.
Sponsorship Pricing: Creators agree that their sponsorship price is fixed, based on their average video views, as calculated and communicated by Sponsource. This price can change if the creator's videos underperform in a 3-week window.
Payment Timeline: The estimated payment date provided is not guaranteed and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Sponsource will notify creators in such events.
Content Timeline: Upon receiving a package (if applicable) from a sponsor, creators have ten days, inclusive of non-business days, to produce and post the sponsored content. This timeframe may vary if a sponsor requests content revisions.
Review by Sponsource: Prior to publication, creators must submit their videos to Sponsource for a review to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
Revision Requests: If a sponsor requests a video revision, creators are obligated to submit the revised content promptly.
Missed Deadlines: Failing to meet any of the aforementioned deadlines may result in a creator's funds being put on hold indefinitely.
Engaging with Sponsource-provided Sponsors Externally: Engaging directly with sponsors introduced through Sponsource's platform outside of Sponsource is prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of these terms. Such actions may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
Advertisement Duration: Sponsored mentions or "ad reads" within videos must last a minimum of one minute.
Brand Exclusivity: For four months following a sponsorship agreement, creators cannot enter into sponsorship agreements with competing or similar brands.
Age Requirement: Creators must be at least 18 years of age.
Geographical and Banking Requirements: Creators must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia and have a valid bank account in one of these countries.
Video Duration: Sponsored videos must be a minimum of 10 minutes in length.
Sponsorship Guarantee: Sponsource makes efforts to showcase creators to potential sponsors, but the frequency and quantity of sponsorships are not predetermined or assured, except where specific arrangements like "Creator Guarantee" are in place.
Third-party Sponsorships: Sponsored videos must not feature endorsements or promotions for other third-party sponsors.
By engaging with Sponsource's platform, creators acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
